New Image Laser Cosmetics was founded by Dr. Michiel R. Noe, M.D., FACOG in December of 2003. Our purpose is to provide safe and effective aesthetic services at affordable prices. Our staff are trained to the highest standards and are dedicated to that purpose.

Dr. Michiel R. Noe,M.D.,FACOG

Dr. Noe was born and raised in West Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. While there he received honors in undergraduate research in microbiology. He then went on to the Texas Tech University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in El Paso, Texas. During his training at Texas Tech, Dr. Noe received honors in both research and in his surgical skills. He then accepted a faculty teaching position at Texas Tech's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, remaining there until May, 2001. Dr. Noe left Texas Tech at that time to begin a private practice, Sun City Women's Health Care.

Over the years, and thousands of office visits, Dr. Noe has heard the constant requests of women wanting to have some form of effective treatment for skin blemishes, veins, wrinkles and unwanted hair. In January of 2004, Dr. Noe decided to open a second practice specializing in the special needs of women and men and their skin care. New Image laser Cosmetics was founded to provide safe, quality care for those patients. Reasonably priced with pleasant, relaxing facilities. To ensure this level of quality, Dr. Noe extended his training to become a Certified Laser Specialist and utilizes multiple laser and light systems including Alexandrite, YAG, KTP, Erbium, and IPL. We also provide our clients with the finest cosmeceutical products to further enhance the treatments received here.

New Image Laser Cosmetics has one of the largest collection of lasers in West Texas. This give us the ability to provide our clients with truly individualized care, maximizing the results.
